The key to the bank’s transformation efforts have been digitization. In this report, we wanted to highlight the myriad ways in which DBS has succeeded in their efforts to turn their financial institution into a tech-centered enterprise. Furthermore, we highlight how cultivating a forward-thinking workforce continues to be foundational to their strategy. We interviewed multiple senior figures from the bank to pull back the curtain on their transformational journey.
As you will see, to reach their current position at the top of the rankings required an entire rethink of the bank’s culture. Innovation is now very much in the bloodstream at DBS.
